You can apply for funding for projects focused on recruiting new volunteers and/or initiatives that support existing volunteers' motivation to continue their work within the organization.

More Volunteers
Funding is available for communication efforts or other outreach initiatives aimed at engaging and attracting new volunteers to the organization. This could include online campaigns on social media or materials and presentations targeted at specific groups, such as students at educational institutions, to encourage new volunteer involvement.

New and Improved Skills
Support can be granted for courses, workshops, lectures, theme nights, networking events, and similar professional activities that enhance skill levels and develop the competencies of both new and existing volunteers.

Shared Activities
Funding is available for scheduled group activities, events, and similar initiatives that strengthen the bond among volunteers and encourage them to continue their engagement.

Volunteer-Focused Initiatives
Funding is only available for projects that center around volunteers. Projects aimed directly at other association members who are not volunteer workers are not eligible for support—even if volunteers are involved in the project.

Recruitment and retention efforts for volunteers are equally weighted in the foundation’s assessment.
